A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) is a professional degree needed to prepares pharmacists to obtain comprehensive medication management and clinical skills using a patient-centered approach within interprofessional health care teams.
Admission Requirements
General Admission Requirements - Freshman
- Applicants should have obtained a High School Certificate (science) from KSA or its equivalent abroad.
- The weighted ratio must be at least 70% (30% of the High School percentage, 30% of the General Aptitude Test (GAT), and 40% of the Scholastic Achievement Admission Test (SAAT)).
- To be medically fit.
- Should not have been expelled from any university or college for disciplinary or academic reasons.
- Payment of registration & tuition fees.
General Admission Requirements - Transfer Student
- Applicants should have obtained a High School Certificate (science) from KSA or its equivalent.
- The applicant must be studying at a recognized university or college.
- Should not have been expelled from any university or college for disciplinary or academic reasons.
- The cumulative GPA must be at least good.
- To be medically fit.
- Payment of registration & tuition fees.
General Admission Requirements - Bridging Program
1- The applicants have studied at an accredited local or foreign university or college.
2- Applicants should have obtained a High School Certificate (science).
3- The application should have a valid professional classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
4- The diploma G.P.A should not be less than good.
5- The applicant should be dedicated to studying.
6- The applicant should have an English competency exam, achieving the required score (not more than 4 years) as follows:
