Terms and Conditions
I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the terms listed below, and I agree to comply with them accordingly:
- First: Compliance with and adherence to all rules, regulations, and policies enforced by the University.
- Second: The internship/training period for medical/health programs is considered an integral part of the study plan and a mandatory requirement for completing the academic program and obtaining the degree.
- Third: Attendance is counted from the first day of the academic semester. If a student’s attendance falls below 75% of lectures, practical sessions, and clinical sessions for any course, the student will be prohibited from taking the final exam and will be considered to have failed the course.
- Fourth: The registration fee is paid once at the beginning of registration and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Fifth: The course equivalency fee is paid once at the beginning of registration if the student wishes to request equivalency for previously completed courses, provided that the equivalency requirements are met. The equivalency fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Sixth: Tuition Fee Payment

- Tuition fees payments should be at least one week before the beginning of the academic semester, and this is considered the student’s responsibility.
- Students are not entitled to register after the end of the first week of the semester if the required procedures and tuition payments for the semester have not been completed
- If a student receives a scholarship or sponsorship from any entity and the payment is delayed beyond the specified deadline, the student remains fully responsible.
- Seventh: Compliance with the regulations governing tuition fee refunds in cases of withdrawal or dropout

- If a student withdraws or requests to drop out before the start of classes, 80% of the tuition fees will be refunded.
- If a student withdraws or requests to drop out after the first day of classes, the student will not be entitled to any refund.
- Eighth: Upon completion of the admission procedures and fulfillment of all requirements, an agreement regulating the relationship between both parties (the University and the student) shall be signed, and each party will be provided with a copy thereof.
